Macarons : Ladurée macarons are best eaten at room temperature, 15 minutes before removing from the fridge. Store in the bottom shelf of your refrigerator for 4 days. For your complete satisfaction and to preserve their organoleptic qualities, our macarons have been frozen using appropriate techniques.
Tea: Infuse for 3-5 minutes in water at 95°C. Store in an airtight tin in a dry place at a temperature below 20°C.
